Difficult
Difficult to log in and create an account. So far it’s been 3 weeks and still not able to log in. Called the helpline numerous times. Visited the office. It was working last year - I’m a tenant so it asked me to re-login after my renewal was done for another year - that was September. It’s now Jan and I’m still not able to log in :) Once it was working- not many uses of the app but could easily add guests to the list.
Update : still not working in February 2024. New story is that I have to get a complaint number. Wish I was told this 2 months ago. Also new email for complaints now.
Full of bugs…
The facial recognition never turns on even though I always turn it on ever time i sign in. I cannot update my tel number and email on my profile… and many many more issues… can barely use this app
Very easy handy one stop literally
I love it using it , easy attractive and very useful.
The worst application in the world.
Every time you use this app it asks you to update it. Sometimes this is every week.
Every time you update, it turns off facial recognition and it no longer accepts your old password, even though the password is saved it always says there’s a miss match.
This means that every time you use this app, you have to update it, then change your password (I change it to the same password every time). To change your password you’ve got to jump between emails and sms otp.
The reason I dispose this so much is that I have two properties, at the very leas I have to log on 8 times a year, you add NOCs, new parking card/access card requests. I’m having to go through a massive process 16 times a year just to pay Emaar money.
I’ve sent Emaar email with videos, by no change. I’ve had to update twice this week to pay one quarter, I can’t even log back in before I we need to update again.
This review has taken me as long to write as I spend updating and changing my password each and every time I use the Emaar One app.

Avoid using this app
I booked an outside maintenance service provider through the app. On the day of the appointment I called the company directly to ask where they were and they told me they had received nothing.
Without advising me, EMAAR cancelled the booking. Note that you must pay in advance when you book services on this app.
Here we are 3 months later, and I still have not received a refund from EMAAR. 6 calls and hours spent on the phone with them have not helped. EMAAR took my money.
Burning or throwing your money out of the car window are equally good alternatives to using this app.
