Emaar One FAQ
Is Emaar One free?
Yes, Emaar One is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Emaar One legit?
⚠️ The Emaar One app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Terribly buggy, so often get “Something is wrong” message
This app is regularly not working (when trying to book tennis courts). Yet, somehow, others are taking slots I tried to get earlier but the app told me to “…try again later”. You made bug fixes yesterday, hasn’t worked. Please take another look, it’s frustrating to use!
Frustrating to use
The app is slow and unhelpful. Just very difficult to get around. You can’t even type a review or provide feedback on it because it either keeps hanging or takes ages to open different features and you’ll give up in frustration. Probably one of the worst apps I have used, ever.
Never works
Whenever you need to do smth it always down or some errors accessing app.
The app is as poorly made as the buildings
Make a request under warranty, then a team of clueless people comes late for appointment, they do not fix the issues but make more problems. We have drillings in the ceiling etc. Then they never come back to fix it. The day after another clueless guy call you: Issue rectified sir??
NO ITS NOT. Then the clueless dude mark it as solved and then you can start over and over again. One big evil circle.
Horrible!
The design is horrible, it’s lagging a lot, buttons don’t always work. Horrible illustrations and design. When you try to book something a video comes and then you spend several minutes to remove the video so you can actually do the booking. UX is horrible. I can not believe why Emaar with such high brand used an agrncy that clearly don’t know what quality is, to do a app design.
Unpleasant experience
The app never works & shows errors
Registration on application doesn’t work
The registration for move-in on the application doesn’t work after 5 tries I called and was told over the phone that part of the application has technical issues. That is 5 hours of my life gone. Please advise users of the application before they start filling in the forms if there are issues so that they don’t waste their time.
App doesn’t work
Terrible app. It takes hours to simply fill the information. Because once you fill one line, the others randomly disappear. Once you go through it, it says that the app has issues and doesn’t process the application. It feels like a humiliating joke.
Quite poorly built app & web service
Facing significant frustration with the Emaar app and web services. Not all features, such as requesting modifications, are available on the app. Additionally, attempting to log in to the portal often results in being unable to proceed or being redirected to an irrelevant profile page. I have already reported these issues to customer care. For a service that mandates requests through its app or portal, ensuring their proper functionality is crucial.
You want every request to be routed through the Emaar portal or app when we call customer service, but they need to be functional first. This is a letdown for Emaar’s service standards.
