Great app

Useless

This app has always been very poor, it lists lots of things, that when you try and book, aren’t actually available. But now, it won’t let me use it at all. Bizarrely it refuses to let me log in because it says my tenancy has run out, it hasn’t. But it tells me I need to update it? How? It doesn’t say? One would presume if I needed to update something it would let me do it in the app, or at least tell me in the app what I needed to do. But no, nothing like that, it just refuses to let me login. Useless .

App doesn’t load.

App opens and it says there’s an update (even though the app is up to today from the app store). The update hangs on 0%. When I reboot the app, it is not possible to login because I cannot select the email or password fields (they are unresponsive) I deleted the app and reinstalled but the problem remains.

Incorrect charges and incompetent customer service

On making service charge payment Emaar stuff occasionally don’t reduce your service charge liabilities after making payments. The customer service and finance departments are as incompetent as this app which is full of bugs. Emaar no longer cares about customers, they are only out to fleece them cutting corners wherever possible

Can’t book Amenities

Got the new app and now it doesn’t let me book amenities
