Poor service
Being a resident in Springs 7, we booked a plumber through the app and paid AED 400 upfront. A water pipe burst, and it was urgent. The plumber arrived on time, took a picture and left. He never returned, we never heard from him again when I asked Emaar to refund the money I was told this could not be done because he did work on a quote which was time-consuming. Since I had water running down my wall, I had to call an emergency service. Still waiting for the 400 to be refunded. So while it might be a good app for other things, rather book directly if you need any maintenance work. Also, the visitors management only works half of the time.
