I use Polymail on my phone, iPad and MacBook and love it. It’s helps me manage my inbox wirh ease. Highly recommend it.
Constantly getting errors when trying to send out emails on latests Apple IOS and IPhone 14 Pro Max. Infuriating that it won’t just send the email and need to redraft several times.
In message swiping from message to message and moving that damn reply button away from the place right handed people scroll from would be a good start.
Messaged them a bunch of times, whenever doing an out of office auto response it doesn’t send it once, it sends your auto response to every email annoying your full team while you’re away to the point we can’t use it. Polymail is trying to do advanced features without the basics and haven’t listened to any feedback. Would be nice to have different out of office auto responses depending on aliases. Also they covert your attachments to be stored on their servers yet still do a 25mb cap. Particularly for documents this seems a bit crazy. Doesn’t seem to be a way to embed your attachments into your email making security questionable for some companies. Polymail could questionably be hit by a class action leading to all e-mail attachments disappearing from your past as they automatically are based from their servers. Seems like a backwards way of doing things and I hope this improves. Up to 25mb should be embedded.
Today I tested it, it is very nice since everything is functioning maybe it was a glitch in the past that’s why of low reviews? All I can say it is all fixed by now
I received an email saying that my trial ends in 3 days! I was going to get rid of it then I receive another email saying that free users can still use it after trial ends. Now I rate it 4 stars. It lacks of a basic function - mark multiple emails read/unread.
Emails from the past appear out of nowhere. Asked endless times to fix and they don't!!
Hello engineering team and founder, I would love to see the mobile application and the desktop application have Google authenticator capabilities or something similar integrated, but to start, why don’t you just let us set a pass code or fingerprint authentication to open the app and then a timer that locks the app. Emails are very sensitive and just like my Telegram and Signal and all of the other privacy apps I use, I would expect my email to take security first over everything.
Love the email read and per-recipient tracking for my business. Some more refined use cases are missing from this app and Polymail as a whole (can’t delete old Labels from the app even after clearing the cache and deleting all email accounts from the app and reinstalling the app, as one example)
