Email - Polymail

I was fan of Newton, but when it gave up I hunted for a new email client. Polymail is one of the best I have found. A tad expensive for private email but fully featured and rock solid. Only BIG issue I have is that it does not allow you re-size the photos before sending. I thought this was standard in ALL email clients...but not Polymail. This and the fact that the GMAIL categories are all the way down (so I have to scroll back-and-forth all the time) lands it on 4 stars - fix these two things and you got a true 5 star!

I am an casual Mailer. I have 5 different mail accounts that I have to manage, and poly mail makes it very easy. Takes about a minute or two to set it all up. After that you are all set for one of the best mailing apps I have seen. Also, having Polymail on both mac and iPhone makes it very convenient

Polymail er det mest moderne e-postsystem jeg har brukt. Det har mange elegante finesser, f.eks. mulighet for å tracke når folk har lest en mail! Dessverre er støtten for Hotmail ikke helt på plass enda, men mitt gmail fungerer det fjellstøtt!

Everything is fine, but you keep having to log in. In fact you have to log in so often it becomes tedious. So deleted it, there's many apps with the same functions and no annoyances.

The recent crash has proven to be diastrous for Polymail ios. It has been weeks and the app is just a mess. Lots of loading lag time, tracking is inconsistent at best. Inbox loads years old emails as new. Search functions require multiple reload. The Polymail team will tell you they have resolved all the issues and it is just you. Nah. This feels like a company on their way out of business.

Polymail has been a game-changer for my business. It's an underrated gem that excels in email tracking, allowing me to see when my messages are read. The email templates save me so much time, and scheduling meetings is effortless. Sharing email threads with colleagues is seamless, and the automation features are incredibly efficient. I love the collaboration tools like comments and @mentions, and the integrations with Slack and Asana are invaluable. Overall, Polymail has significantly boosted my communication efficiency. Highly recommend!
