Top email client that helps productivity and stress levels!
I’ve been a Polymail user since it launched in 2016 and have recently become a premium subscriber to support the change in business model – recently removing the freemium option in order to invest in the future of the software and adding new features.
Polymail is one of the original and best ‘inbox zero’ focused email clients, with intuitive gestures and helpful snooze functionality. The ability to see whether an email has been read (either within the email view or the Activity Feed) has been very useful over the years and customisable ‘later times’ keeps things super lean.
Excited to see where the team at Polymail can do next!
The best email app I’ve used.
It’s intuitive, efficient, fast and makes email much less of a chore. Integrates easily and some great features that go beyond what you’d expect from ‘just’ an email client.
Been using it for 4 years
I genuinely love this app. I’m in sales so email if a lifeblood of what I do all the time. It’s better than Gmail and most of all the other emails apps out there. Clean, great UI, easy management, great aggregation of multiple accounts. I don’t work for this company but I am an advocate. 4 years use and still loving it.
Love it!
Thanks guys, this is the ultimate email client, absolutely love it. Keep up the fantastic work
Only 2 Email accounts
Only 2 emails allowed, far too little for most people these days
No Fingerprint Login
Ok email client alas no security for login. Works well otherwise.
Best
I used many other email clients for macOS & for iOS but Polymail is my favorite. I used it for longtime for my work emails and found it very useful
Good
Does what it says. Tracks emails, the app probably could be bettered for easier interactions especially as emails now become a constant daily routine, but in general it’s good and useful.
False read receipts
I’m pretty sure the read receipts I have been receiving are incorrect and false. I will email someone and they will have supposedly have read it within seconds of sending it. This can be at times they should be asleep. 24/7. Something isn’t right and I’m pretty sure read receipts are not accurate and do not work.
You should also be able to buy a subscription from in the app and not the website
New messages don’t appear in inbox
Great concept, but they seriously need to work on their app. I’ve been an avid Polymail user for a few years now and yet I still encounter the same problems that I would’ve expected to have been solved a hundred updates ago. The app will sometimes go days without refreshing my mail, and although it will notify me of a new email, it may not appear in my inbox until the glitch in the app decides to resolve itself two, three days later. So, can’t read new emails on the app, have to often use the gmail app instead when this happens.
It seems the pull down “refresh inbox” gesture in this app is completely useless. I still use the desktop application of Polymail, as it is a bit more reliable. But other than its read receipts and aesthetic, I’m seriously close to ditching Polymail. Really hoping they up their game!
