The best mail program for my business
Being an Apple iOs user, I tried every alternative mail program on the planet. Apple Mail looks dull and has no extra features. I fell for Polymail from the early beginnings and my business is running like a clock. Writing complicated emails and sending them on the best time-slot? Check. See who read your mail? Check. See who downloaded your document? Check. I’m drafting in the fly on
mobile and pick up from my laptop. And there’s a lot more for teams. Polymail is the number One without a doubt and worth every euro.

Depuis ce matin (24/11/2020) tous mes mails sont affichés en « non lu », et même lorsque je les lis ils se remettent automatiquement en « non lu » !
L’app multi-compte qui manquait
Claire, UX au top, simple et complète !
Manque juste une connexion plus importante vers d’autres outils (Airtable, Notion...)

Utilisée pendant un an. Bonnes fonctionnalités, bien maintenue, bon service client.
Très déçu
Le tracking ne marche pas. Si le destinataire est sur Outlook et qu’il ne télécharge pas automatiquement les images (c’est l’option par défaut sur Outlook) le tracking ne marche pas.
Pour moi c’est un très gros défaut vu que la majorité de mes interlocuteurs utilisent massivement Outlook.
Sans compter que l’on voit sur Outlook qu’une image invisible a été insérée pour permettre le tracking. Ca le fait moyen vis à vis de l’interlocuteur à qui on envoie un mail avec tracking.
Alors je suis prêt à payer le prix exhorbitant que demande Polymail à condition que cela marche et ce n’est pas le cas
Quant à l’interface, les possibilités modernes (comme les templates, les invitations, la lisibilité, les fonctionnalités hormis le tracking), Polymail est bien en dessous de Spark.
En outre sur un compte exchange, Polymail demande des autorisations que les autres logiciels de mail ne nécessitent pas pour se connecter
Bref en tant que logiciel payant fuyez, gratuit je dis pas. En gratuit il y a mieux..

J’aurai bien voulu avoir un peu plus de possibilité de personnalisation de l’affichage de l’inbox, comme choisir de mettre la photo ou pas par exemple.
