I have several of theses in my two houses . Really easy to set up and very solid data performance. Does not drop signal. Updates quickly

Come on guys really need to be able to group.

Really need to be able to group phases/circuits together. I have a big system and it’s so confusing.

Lost all my data thanks to update!

Working fine for a year, updated today and now lost all data, I’ll spend a few hours setting it back up or maybe just throw it in the bin!

Great hardware, naff app

The app feels unfinished, cobbled together and generally clunky. The feature set for the electric monitoring is very basic. The hardware itself is great, but seriously let down by the software.

Excellent Energy Monitor

The Ultimate Time Waster on

I have installed 2 of these systems now and they are brilliant in understanding how much energy I am using - where and when. The app allows you to use your usage in different measurements and even allows for the uk £. The sensors are bulky in the kit and you do need space in your consumer unit to install which is the biggest drawback. I would also only recommend to be installed by a competent person with good electrical experience. The one thing I hate about the app is the range auto adjusts when you scroll back in time which makes it difficult to see the actual peeks in energy. An option to change from auto to manual would be good. You can even adjust the energy rate recorded so you can calibrate to you actual meter reading. I have solar panels and the system recognises the flow direction of the electricity to show what you have imported and exported to the grid. Fantastic system - highly recommend

Excellent and Easy to Install

I am a novice at this but had it up and running in 30 mins. It’s accurate, the app is very good and gives me exactly what I want to see for electricity taken from the grid, my solar production and a balance. Well impressed compared to my Owl which I have had for 10 years plus.

Best customer service ever

I’ve never had a better customer service experience than with them. Wiring and setup wasn’t complicated, but knowing the exact setup on the app and how to get the reading accurate had me stumped. I messaged them and was surprised at how helpful and efficient the service was. Made it a doddle to sort! Asked for photos of the consumer unit and told me exactly what to do to rectify the odd reading I was getting and it’s all up and running now. Brilliant service all around

Good but could be great

Good product and would be great if only the firmware was improved to show a battery circuit with both power in and out. The firmware is due, however still no sign of it…..

Poor App

Yeah this is not a decent app at all agree with others on here. It’s confusing , poorly implemented and low of features basic ones at that. It’s just lame sent the whole Vue product back for refund. Needs way more programming and development. Physical product also is not the best in terms of safety, mounting, installation and overall “compact modern form factor” -electronics and electrical engineer of 35 years .
