Dark mode

Awesome app. I’d really love it if dark mode was available though. I’m using on iPad at night but the white background is somewhat distracting, sorry.

Suddenly sadly not working

A few days ago my app suddenly asked me to sign in. That’s okay but I forgot my password. That’s okay because you only get one try to remember because the content on this app is worth my weight in gold so it must be super protected. That’s okay because I can select forgot password and go to my email and through to the website, although I can only access the US website although I’m now registered in the UK. That’s okay when I change my password and try to sign into the app only for the app to reject my new password. Also with only one attempt. I did manage an instant chat with a Hay House employee “I assume”, but her solution was for me to cancel my current subscription, lose half a year of use, and she’d give me $49 (yay) but now I had to create a new email address to start a new subscription??????? I’ve subsequently cancelled my subscription which was via apple, but I’m still owed access until 11 June so I still need my issue resolved. Come on Hay House staff, Louise would be bitterly disappointed at this level of service, which quite frankly, whilst not intentional I’m sure, amounts to theft. Let’s see what comes from this technical review. The content is obviously fabulous or I wouldn’t have subscribed for years. 😢🤷🏼‍♀️

Life changing!

I joined the app thinking it was mainly meditations but was pleasantly surprised when I saw all of the famous books I’ve always wanted to read and have read (hay house publications) it’s just been such an amazing tool to be able to listen to these books but to also choose a meditation to do, there are so many options it’s cheaper than other meditation apps I’ve had that don’t even include audio books. Love it, thank you so much to the creators!!! X

Still no access to my downloaded library when offline

Dear Hay House, The purpose of having a library downloaded is surprisingly not just to clutter up space on my device. How is it that most of the time I just don’t have access to my library while out and about? I have moments available to enjoy listening to my content but I cannot access it. I’m sorry to say that you are somewhat hopeless as an app developer. I won’t renew my subscription because I have lost out so much opportunity to listen while away from home. You just don’t seem to care.

Favourite App of all time

I love, love, love the Empower app. It gives me so many choices of good, solid and uplifting things to listen to. I have struggled and sometimes still struggle with depression but whenever I feel myself sliding down to a negative place, I find something on the app- even if it’s a book I’ve heard many times before. Listening keeps me looking up and gives me hope for better days. I’m so thankful for this app!

Just access to so much info and just “stuff” it’s like Christmas every time I look 💜

I love it… but

I can’t help think this is a affluent western person’s tool. If you can’t make rent or live in a drought - then you really can’t have an abundant mindset. I think this work - as beautiful as it is - reinforces bubbles and echo chambers. Spiritual practice shouldn’t just be for the rich…

So glad I came across this app 💜

Absolutely love this app and everything and everyone all in one place, only criticism I have is that I think that the app layout could be made to be more user friendly (inclusive for all that have learning difficulties as I personally have Dyslexia, Irlen and adhd and I find it a struggle to navigate through hence only 4 ⭐️) but I am absolutely loving it especially Kyle Grey ♥️💜

Great content but not so great organised

I love to have all my favourite Louise Hay audios in one place but it’s confusing sometimes how all the content is organised. I’d love to see the UX/UI cleaner and simpler.
