It seems the app has failed
I have been using one key with my company for a while after switching from another tool tracking app. Over the last 4 updates or so, I have found that when scan a tag and attempt to change the assigned person/location; the text either grays out or does nothing and the app subsequently freezes and I am unable to continue without closing and re-opening the app. No amount of resetting the app or downloading/clearing caches etc seem to do anything to fix this issue. This persists on my work provided iPhone 8 however works fine on my personal Samsung s10.
Needs a map
The app is pretty good. Has space for a lot of info to identify items but lacks the ability to pull up a category and show where every item of that type is. If I’m look for a ladder I’d like to search “ladders” and have a map show me where all my ladders are on a single map. Instead of going into each individual item to see where that particular ladder is.

Tracked several tools that were stolen and locked them out! Got them back from sites where somebody had the app and was able to retrieve most of them!

Your app stinks I had my hole inventory is gone
My inventory, my inventory of when I bought the tools where I bought the tools serial numbers item numbers gone I had a fire. I’m looking up the inventory list so I could put it down and I got zilch. You did an update and erased my inventory the apps, total garbage.
OCD dude
This is awesome! I was trying not to panic living in a 120 plus year old house where mice ate my manuals to my tools, and now with this app I can pull them up without worrying! Thank you so very much Milwaukee!!!
Excellent inventory tracker
The Milwaukee app is great for keeping track of anything. I use this app in my personal shop and at work. I love being able to keep up with warranty’s and tracking who has what tool. At work we use this app with the qr stickers from Milwaukee. If anyone ever has a tool go missing we can scan tools to make sure someone didn’t accidentally grab the wrong tool. All in all this app works great.
Needs improvement
Although I do enjoy the app, some adjustments would be nice. Like scan the upc code and add information to the smaller items that I’ve purchased.
Awesome features
Try it for the first time since bought it, is awesome!!!
