Typical Italian app that gets launched on the market and for which no one takes care Most of the time you’re not even able to simply log in let alone to rent a car Share now still the favourite, not only from me

Please please save yourself from 2 hours of totally wasted time. It just doesn’t work. When you have finally navigated through all the bugs & terrible design (eg. forcing you to select a country dial code option from a list of international dialling codes that is NOT in numerical order, but is totally randomised - unbelievable - but just one of many dreadful design faults) - anyway - when you finally get to the part that requires your documents - they are simply “not recognised” regardless of how many ways you have tried to comply with the uploading protocol. So that’s the end - 2 hours of my life wasted.

It is the worst app I have ever seen in my life! You can only register if you are Italian with Italian ID and driving license. For someone who is Italian living abroad with a foreign driving license you have to pray 10 times before applying and still wont work! Shame on the software developer of this app

Non fa salvare paypal come metodo do pagamento. Sembra vada a buon fine ma poi la finestra paypal si chiude e non salva. L’assistenza semplicemente dice di “riprovare tra un’oretta”, già fatto varie volte, ma non cambia niente. Non si capisce come mai mettano paypal come metodo di pagamento accettato se poi l’app non è configurata correttamente.

Trying to update my documents since January 2023: customer service not able to help and the app is not meant for people with a driving licence and passports issued in different countries!!

This app us terrible. I cannot use the service since I had a new driving licence because the system keeps giving me error.

Ho usato il servizio alcune volte e immancabilmente con problemi di apertura macchina o di termine noleggio. Mesi fa ho rinnovato la patente e l’app si rifiuta di accettare il nuovo documento. Ho chiamato il customer service che mi ha consigliato di re installare l’app e mi hanno anche detto che mi avrebbero inviato un’email con un link per il caricamento dei documenti. Mail mai arrivate (neanche in spam) e app reinstall sta con lo stesso problema. Ho poi mandato un’email al customer service alla quale ho ricevuto risposta dopo TRE MESI!!!! La risposta: cancella e reinstalla l’app!! Davvero inutile. Peccato perché la mobilità condivisa se funzionasse sarebbe una grande cosa per città come Roma

Da giorni dopo aver scaricato l’app chiedo aiuto al customer care perché non riesco ad iscrivermi perché ad un certo punto dopo aver inserito i miei dati si blocca e non mi permette di andare avanti, nessuno ti calcola e se riesci a parlare con qualcuno comunque non ti aiuta perché brancola nel buio. Complimenti del servizio schifoso che offrite👎🏻

Really poor UI. Couldn’t get through validation as it won’t validate my (UK) passport. No error warning whatsoever just a failure. Tried for about 10mins and it wouldn’t get through
