One can only register with a foreign address only if they’re citizens of the country they have residence in. Not sure whether it’s a way to prevent some tourist from using the service but yeah, I can’t see much sense in this. I’m sure the service is brilliant though, I’ve seen a lot of people in Rome use it and I wish it were available in London.
I used this app when on holiday in Spain and now there trying to charge me and my friend who used the app extortionate amount of money even though we haven’t used the scooters since last month. My friend said he was charged for a crane.

some of the worst service ive ever had from an app. incompetent at best. id use a competitor if i was you.
I’ve tried the bicicles in Barcelona and this is a scam. They say have charged me 12€ for a 15min ride and 8€ for a few minutes. Don’t even download the app

Couldn’t complete registration because the app wouldn’t accept my date of birth despite using native date selector. Tried to resolve it with customer service who told me to delete the app and download it. Poor.
They will charge you without justification, and will then reply to your question emails at their leisure (sometimes within 30 minutes, sometimes never). You are obligated to leave your bank details the app, so they can charge you whatever and whenever without your approval. I have never reviewed an app in my life, but their service was horrible and dishonest. Sadly they have a monopoly in my city, so I grudgingly continue to use them, but avoid as much as possible.
Yes I've got new version of app. No it's not working. Customer support keep repeating that it should work but that's not helpful. Yes my other apps work. You need to admit this is an issue with your app and fix it. Otherwise it's useless. And, your customer service is terrible.
