The Entrust Identity mobile application is the new Entrust mobile platform for delivering strong identity credentials to both employee and consumer users. With this version of the application, users will continue to benefit from the authentication and transaction verification capabilities that replace hardware tokens, while adding advanced password reset capabilities for employee use cases.

One Application, Multiple Uses
The Entrust Identity application allows you to create identities and activate unique one time passcode soft token applications for use with different organizations that use the Entrust Identity IAM platforms for strong authentication.

Protect yourself when initiating any type of online transaction such as account login, financial transactions, etc by receiving confirmation of your transactions right to your mobile application. Confirm the details and enter your secure, one time passcode to complete the transaction.

When password reset and unlock management becomes a burden for an IT department, allowing employees to manage their passwords right from this mobile application improves the experience for everyone. Complicated,cumbersome

Absurdly complicated to set-up and activate. Not flexible or convenient and incredibly limited to use. Hate it!

Stops working

Have to use this app for my work. After one of the updates apps just hangs when request is sent to it, had to be restarted after every request as it is impossible to open request confirm in it.

Awful!!

Since the new update, it barely works!! I have to start and restart the program about 3-4 times every time! Then i have to refresh the page and wait about 10 minutes for it to load and ask me for my password! It worked so well before, no issues at all and out comes this “update” and now the app is absolutely hell on earth and I have to use it everyday for work!

Why the redesign

I use this app everyday for identity verification. Hate that the app no longer makes any sound/haptic for action notification!! Do not like the new sign in screen because you have to scroll down to hit the sign-in button! App does seem to be a little quicker in responding which is great, but if you are not looking at it you may miss that notification! Thank you!

Problème Clavier à la saisie du code PIN

Lors de l’activation d’une identité il n’est pas possible de terminer l’activation dans la fenêtre de saisie du code PIN. Avec un iPhone SE, le clavier numérique demeure affiché suite à la saisie du PIN. Impossible de le fermer et d’activer le bouton Next.

No audio or haptic notification

Cant believe this app does not have functionnal notification other than the banner. At this day and age this should be built in to any apps, yet not this one. Apps developped by my grandma actually have haptic and audio notification from Push request! Please fix this. I miss the timeout becuase i dont realise this app is waiting for user action BECAUSE it does not warn me!!

Why the redesign?

I use this application only as an electronic token for 2-factor authentication (not sure if it does other things). I find the user experience degraded from the previous version. The (token) numbers are less readable and the timer is much less obvious.

Update 21.3.1 fixed what 21.3.0 broke

Thanks for fixing the issue where you could only add identities using a QR code.

Code based identity no longer supported!

Code based identity no longer supported, so we cannot generate identity to use my enterprise services! No FaceID / TouchID support. Disappointing...
