Inbox problem
Please fix the inbox sometimes I receive messages and I can’t read them through the app only through my notifications on my phone and this happened on 2 different devices. Otherwise the app is great!
Persistent Issues with EdgeShop App
I have been consistently dissatisfied with the New Etsy app since its installation on my mobile device. From constant issues with uploading photos during creation to videos not loading, the application has proven to be unreliable. Despite my efforts, the functionality of the app remains compromised. I urge the developers to address these persistent problems promptly to enhance the overall user experience. Thank you for considering my feedback.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Etsy suspends accounts for no reason😂 and when you ask them why, they say that they cannot disclose these info. Absolutely ridiculous. Also there’s no customer service, only robotic answers. Unacceptable for such a big company. To sum up, STAY AWAY FROM ETSY & DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
Stay away from ETSY
they just close accounts for no reason and help center and support is very unprofessional and rudes the only thing from my point of view is to take the 0,20$ fee and then they close your acc
The previous app was better
Haven’t you made any research, any usability testing before releasing the new app? The previous app was by far better. Better UI, more intuitive and faster. Why did you change it anyway?
Downgraded app!
The app UI is way worst than the old one and unnecessarily different which means it needs a new long learning curve. Now Only the new orders appear by default in the page. You need to go inside and change the filters for the “in progress” to appear. And then you need to change the filters again for the “new orders” to come back !!!! How difficult is it to have those buttons on the top of the page? Along with the number of the orders of each category. The app icon color is now … blue ! The “E” remains orange, the web site remains orange, it’s just that they decided that the icon of the app has another color to make things even more confusing! Now When an item sells, the notification you get has the icon of the buyer account!!! Instead of the thumbnail of the item you sold!!! How is this necessary? How a seller needs to see that instead of what was sold? The sales page has an empty header that is 2/3 of the whole screen! So now you need to scroll down to see where it was sold! Under the “More” section, line have a unnecessary big spacing. You can see 5 of them in 1 page so you have to scroll down for the rest (iPhone 8). So many thing went from good to bad and nothing good was added! The bad feedback on App Store don’t seem to be taken under consideration. Come on guys, it’s like you gave the task of programming the app to a kindergartner and every kid programmed another section.

This new version is awful for work , previous one was much more easier and convenient

Worst that the previous Etsy seller app
This app has a confusing UI, constantly stutters and runs lower than 60Hz even tho my phone supports 120Hz. The previous Etsy seller app ran on 120Hz and had a cleaner UI. Overall not worthy to be replaced by the old Etsy seller app.
