Can’t setup new eve energy

Can’t setup new eve energy on version 6.0. Delete the app and HomeKit nothing help. Fix soon!

Nice app and smartware

There is a problem exporting window/door sensor data to excel. Numbers and jmp refuse to open, while excel itself needs to repair before able to open. Can you have a look and if possible fix?

Motionblinds

Need to add individual control for the motors to finetune up/down - like during setup. Also a group control functionality for all blinds in the room. At this point motors should be synced in motion/position as you show in your promo-video so that eg. All motors are in the same position constantly.

Plads til forbedringer

Hej Eve Vil i ikke godt kigge på et software Update, så app’en kan opdatere ens udstyr i baggrunden… selvom dette er slået til i baggrunden, så opdaterer appen ikke før man går ind under hver enkelt eve tilbehør. Det er super irriterende at man manuelt skal ind på hver gadget og opdatere… Det må være muligt at få real time status på sine gadgets. Fix det ☺️

Network not found

When using my iPad as main hub the threaded network status just keeps searching and searchng, stating that all my threaded devices are connected via Bluetooth.

Eve makes good products and a good app

Only 3 stars from me, because I use the eve energy much. And I have 5 of them. But I really don't get why the app doesn't have a easy view on power use on total use. Day, week, month and total in a year. You can get the numbers but you need to add them your self. There is no easy way to see how much power a heater did use in total the last month or week. I love the eve energy but I really don't understand way there is no easy way to see power use over time in numbers. I NEED THAT. plase make it so it's easy to get a total kWh use for a day,week,month,year. 5 stars if you make a better way to keep track of power use. I can't use a graph I need easy numbers.

Unable to save

After the update I can’t save my accessories in “At a glance” If I change what accessories I want to see, it’s always changes back to the same accessories when I reopen the app.

Beregner watt forkert

Jeg har en Eve energy Når den beregner watt forbrug Viser den 16 WATT 0,2 AMP OG 235 volt Og det er forkert 0,2 amp ved 236 volt = 47 WATT håber at i kan rette fejlen.

Connection lost and notification when low battery is missing.

Doorsensor and PIR sensors often disconnect even when new batteries have been put in. Have to take batteries out for 10 seconds and put in again to reconnect the device. Would be nice if one could set up a specific battery level and get a notification on the phone when this level is registrered in a device. Otherwise very happy with the product. Kind regards

Complicated to use

Reading the current status for devices takes for ever, even longer when out of the home. One thermo always shows connection error. Just piece of garbage
