Requires some firmware update every 3 days

I can’t use my eve light 2-3 times a week because it requires firmware updates. It’s basically a lamp that can be on and off, I couldn’t understand what updates this app trying to install.

EVE DONT FIX ANYTHING

Every time you add aqara humidity to at a glance it automatically keeps adding temperature as well even if you select humidity only and others. EVE NEED TO START FIXING THINGS IF THEY WANT PEOPLE TO BUY THEIR OVERPRICED TECH.

Turn for the worse after Matter upgrade

Had many (expensive) Eve Home devices which now sporadically become unavailable after the Matter firmware v3.2.1 upgrade. Eve app Thread network shows devices as unreachable and automations fail. Eve Energy and other smart device consumption graphs are at best a bit basic, historic data gets wiped before you can make any logical assumptions based on data and the month/year graphs are pretty much unusable info is displayed in a non-sensical way.

Doesn’t work properly with Eve Energy UK

As a previous reviewer has said, Can’t hide options from view. The ones that do hide return when closing and re opening the app. Works fine on my iPhone 15 Plus but not at all on my iPad Pro. Contacted support, totally useless and arrogant with one line answers! Don’t even read your email properly. They state you can’t hide options on the new model, but clearly you can as I have done on my iPhone! Returned the product and won’t be buying Eve again! Like other reviewers have said, used to be a good brand, not anymore! With the advent of Matter, better & a lot cheaper options out there.

Not able to re-arrange/hide device properties

For some reasons I’m not able to re-arrange/hide “schedule” property for Eve Energy.

Terrible app, products aren’t much better

Terrible app, products aren’t much better. Purchased 6 products all failed in about 14 months.

Used to be good, now a stuttery mess

This app used to be very smooth and easy to use. Now it’s such a pain, the graph UI is a nightmare because of the severe stutter which was introduced at some point in the past year. It used to be possible to scrub through the graph to see the values at a specific time, but this is pretty much impossible now because the UI renders an unusable frame rate.

All not working after update to latest home OS

All was fine not all eve hardware not working, Support not helping at all., Have wasted hours You need to fix the arm and firmware asap

Poor Update

The latest update now prevents the app from showing correct temperatures. It either shows correct on the graph and not on the display or correct on the display and not on the graph. These units are not cheap so would hope for better updates.
