Their app is horrible for finding what to do
Their app is fine till you find event at other website and use eventbrite just as source of QR code. But the user experience is horrible. I dont think they have product manager or someone even thinking about product, because their product has so many flaws. For example, try to find event to participate in any town. You would see hundreds “virtual events” which are online, why then put location in there? Well those spammy indian guys use that as marketing, but i am not interested in webinar how to get rich. Do you think there is permanent setting to filter out all the virtual crap? No there is not. Is there atleast filter option? No there is not. But you can filter type of the events such as school and sport which would be great, but first i need to go trough hundreds of virtual events. Then you would think that when you choose specific location, than you would see events only in that location? Ouh you are for sure interested in events next month in another country and language, great here you are. So you can use every app on the world to save QR code and you are fine for ticket. And for finding events or new things to do forget this horrible app.
