It cancelled my tickets and did a refund even though i didn’t ask for one.

hard to get refund
I happened to pay for the wrong ticket so I immediately asked for a refund following the Q&A board. the event I paid for was actually happening a week later than I wanted. It says that they would response within a week but there was no reply or message. I even tried to contact the organizer but nothing happened. no change, no refund, and I am still getting another event promos through emails..

I tired to fix my contacts for my ticket and there is no option for it. Tired to reach customer service but no one answered. I already paid the money for a ticket but On my page, there is no ticket. And I got any email from them They just took my money

Basically TicketMaster Without Extortion
The interface is clean and logical. It always works, it has nice QR code tickets. And remembers profile information and purchase history. It basically does everything Ticketmaster does without charging you 45% per ticket!
Help repeated customers
Stop charging such high fees to people that routinely buy tickets with your service

How do you turn off app notifications??! They are annoying and I can’t find a resolution. App says notifications are off but I keep getting them!!!
