Missing Health Integration
The App has no Apple Health Integration, so there are redundant Data surveys. Like for steps, weight, etc. - that’s alarming, how should the AI adept, if it doesn’t read the data provided?
Therefore, also no Watch integration - not even for the set-timer.
With things said before - the nutritional advice seems to be a simple fixed algorithm (so no AI at all) that does not even account for calories actually burned - which would be simple to fix - if the App actually would use the data stored on the phone/watch.
Also - no BodyFat-Aim, just total weight - so that nutrition/calories part is obviously broken for any Hobby BodyBuilder.
Cheaper than Juggernaut AI - but also less features/updates
There are still bugs and a lot of missing features such as:
•correct visual display of timed exercises or bodyweight exerciseswith additional weights (dips, chin-ups, pull-ups)
• an option to configure 2kg steps for dumbbells
• warmup sets
• changing the exercise order
• more detailed exercise descriptions with cues and videos for a wider variation of exercises
• an explanation for the benchmark sets (like with the (i) for the RPE10 sets)
Please bring (more) updates for the training functions not just for the nutrition part... 🙏🏻
Great app at a very good price
First of all, please DON’T listen to people calling this a ripoff of the JuggernautAI app. The „creator“ behind EvolveAI is the same person that was behind JuggernautAI. Do some research if you want to know more details. The App itself is improving all the time. You have many options to let the app do the programming. you can choose between higher or lower rep styles and also different levels of volume/intensity. And there are still new features added on a regular basis. This is one big advantage over the JuggAI app in my opinion. Recently a nutrition feature has been added. So you get nutrient tracking and AI coaching for different diet goals like with apps as Macrofactor. Right now the feature is not quite as good as Macrofactor, but it will be in the future for sure. Training AND nutrition for 15$/month (payment via website not appstore) is unbeatable. I highly recommend the app! I‘m 35, but my strength is at an all time high.

You get what you pay for and the programming is pretty sweet. Could gain quite a few Kilos in 11 weeks and im no Beginner.
Rip off JuggernautAI
It‘s EXACTLY the same as JuggernautAI with a slightly different color scheme. The initial questionnaire is the same, down to every single question, every button is the same and does the same.
Every single label, every functionality, EVERYTHING is the same.
But far worse, all the talk about different programming, RTS, whatever, it‘s not true.
Given the same answers to the questionnaire, it creates EXACTLY the same program as JuggernautAI. Same exercises, same sets/reps, identical.
This is a 1:1 copy with angular buttons instead of rounded ones.
