Not too happy
I have this hooked up to me Braemar unit with a Seeley controller. It gives very little information and I also have to exit and renter the app to change pages on the settings. The web address doesn’t exist. Even a ping just times out.

It doesn’t interface well with using the remotes. You either have to use the app and only the app, or just individual remotes and not use the app. If you turn it on with the app, but then grab the remote to change temp or anything, it just can’t handle it and then the remote won’t work with the unit.
WIFI connection can be very problematic but once connected works well. I use the timers to start and turn off. Would really like to know what the Sleep Function is supposed to do.
Getting Region error when trying to connect to Google Home. Tried to reach app support but doesn’t work.
This app is very unreliable for me and will rarely work.
While I was able to set up the conditioner using the application, It was not until I downloaded the user manual to find the application required. The manual that came with the unit did not have Any instructions
Was registered and working fine until the latest update. Now it no longer logs in, went to reset password and doesn’t let me create a new password. Please fix it.
Why when you have to put a review on a product do you have to choose one star? Why isn’t there a -5 stars I have found lightly that most apps so smart are absolutely far from smart. This is the furthest from smart ever.
When setting up the app there is a request for service region. Once selected and saved the app queries the region selected and asks the user to select the user’s real area correctly - very weird. This same problem occurs when the user tries to link the app to Google Home.
Since the last update I cannot control my AC. It just doesn’t work. Don’t bother with it.
