The system continuously drops off the app. Very frustrating as you need to continuously set them up again and doing that is a hassle with this app. It only recognizes 2.4 vs 5G and never recognizes the units do you have to do manually.

I monitor my garage for 4 months when away but I keep getting disconnected and an not able to get control of the Heat pump. At one time I would just have someone go in and shut off HP and router and turn them back on and it would work. I have a camera in the garage and it never disconnects. This year I have not been able to get control of it.😡😡😡

Prendre énormément de temps à programmer. Se déprogramme sans raison. Dois être réinitialisé régulièrement. Les codes de vérification pour la connexion au compte ne fonctionnent pas donc impossible de se connecter. Bref… c’est de la poudre au yeux. Vraiment pas fonctionnel!

Mon appareil se déconnecte après quelques semaines et il faut donc recommencer le processus. Je voulais un chauffage contrôlé à distance à mon chalet en hiver pour éviter le gel et je ne peux pas me fier à cette application et je sais pas si il en a d’autres pour ma thermopompe ACD Detson. La réponse par e-mail copier coller du developer et je suis pas certain qu’il en a encore un et de visionner la vidéo. J’utilise seulement cette application et sa se déconnecte après quelques semaines. Je vous recommande de pas acheter de machine qui utilise cette application si vous avez besoin de controller a distance.

It’s like someone used a coding engine to make this app and forgot to input multiple devices users on each account which is a real simple fix and It won’t authenticate Alexa properly when trying to link it. Someone should just code a new app to run theses since it’s clear whoever is in charge of over sight of application won’t fix the issues.

It took me a few try’s messing around to set up. I used the help which was more helpful but still confusing. The final key is to figure out the name of their hotspot and log into it. Then bingo you’re in. The app works great. I invited a family member but they have to make an account first. The setup is just missing explanation during the setup process. but once you figure out what they mean, you’re golden.
