Just really really bad
Worst account management
The worst user management I ever witnessed. The account and app randomly resets once a month or so and reactivating requires you to keep the app active on your phone the whole time even though the reset only happens in the unit. I spent more time resetting than using the app.
Total crap
Can not even sign in since the box you have to tick in order to accept terms is not visible… trying to contact support… sever not available..
This is not an app!
Not that this needs another one star review but just so you know, you can’t connect your Cool 12 “Connected” air conditioner to this so called app. Horrible UI and buggy. Instructions are bad. Connection doesn’t establish. Wish I knew before purchasing the device.

Verkossa olevat ohjeet (valmistajan) ovat yleensä uusimmat. Eipä löytynyt apua asennukseen sieltä. Hankala tietää mikä oikea käyttöliittymäsofta. Puhelimen bootin jälkeen yhteys katoaa. Tosi alkeellinen kapistus.
