In my case I’ve had no issues

It took me 9 months of repeatedly trying to connect to my WiFi. It works fine, but it is tedious when I go to the app to turn on, and l am asked to put my email, password and country in, and it doesn’t accept it. It can take up so much of my time, it’s very frustrating. It should just work every time. It’s a brilliant machine, but I would hesitate to recommend it, because of having to signing in the app every so often. I wish I had gone with a cheaper version. This was expensive and should be easy to install and the app shouldn’t ask me to sign in every other month.

Air con product itself is great but the wifi and app is awful. Set up and logs you out every time, set up for to timings impossible to change or stop

Just had a notification saying my password needs to be 10 characters or more. I was directed to set it. All I get is “unable to change password”. I’ve out 2 passwords in that are acceptable but it just always says the same thing. What a mess. It logged me out and I’ve had to do a quick login to get a code to access it and now my password won’t work.

Chinese scrap, if you switch off you can’t switch on again. The worst app ever, disconnects every two days. I simply had enough

How come there is not such thing as SCHEDULE. Developers don’t be lazy ! Timer doesn’t resolve this problem. The app overall is a big big poo… Very unstable, loosing devices, very frequently loga me out as well… very unstable… Poo.
