The app is lame and deceptive!

As previous review started the app consist of still images and a voice saying “Go! Go!”. Anyone, senior or not, would require a pretty good knowledge of fitness to use this.Also everything has a fee, though it’s not stated anywhere. I got suckered a couple times. F this app!!!

Very little guidance

Just a picture, a timer and an annoying voice saying “go, go”. Discouraging.
