Terrible experience
Partner Central feels outdated and difficult to navigate, with a user experience that’s reminiscent of the early 2000s. The interface is incredibly hard to use, which slows down essential tasks. Additionally, support has been very slow. I was contacted as early as 5 AM, and when I missed the call, my case was instantly closed. I then had to start from scratch to reach support via chat again. Expedia also has a Partner Central channel on YouTube, but the comments are disabled—perhaps a telling sign of the quality of service provided. Please take cues from competitors and work on improving the partner experience. Right now, Expedia Partner Central is deeply disappointing.
