There is no way to reach a human at all. Every attempt to reach someone is met with a robot response. I was trying to request they allow me to use a password instead of only magic links to sign in, and the robot just kept telling me to use magic link. I want to use my password manager, not magic link. I also don't want to be handed off to AI as an imagined substitution for having a real conversation.
Not having a great experience with it since the last several updates
Terrible application for expenses. Not as easy as everyone says it is. I’m doing more work with expenses than it is even worth for reimbursement. They have some neat features but fall short when you are constantly having to edit reports upload receipts multiple times over and over because of bugs and glitches. The concierge are not helpful and just do the bare minimum on their poorly run app. I will avoid using this app and advocate others to stay clear.
The only problem we have and not sure if it’s a glitch or set up. When I use the APP in my iPhone sometimes doesn’t have the same options as the website. And when I check my captured receipts in the website I’m missing information that didn’t get transferred.

Not a very easy application to navigate through. It can afford to be designed to be made easier to use.
The magic code is literally the worst. When you want to upload a receipt you have to submit your email and wait up to 10 minutes for a magic code. Then, if you have two factor authentication, you log in yet again?
Very difficult to use not user-friendly
I just want to be able to simply scan a receipt. Pay me 10 to 15 minutes for under $10 orders to process.
Very buggy. We’re having problems with staff receiving emails between admin and Expensify, which is completely unacceptable.
