Works okay for a while then when trying to review camera footage it says ‘SD Not Found’. I then reboot and no good. Disconnect and try to re-link to internet and won’t. Try everything and still won’t. I’m going to scrap it. The features are minimalist and door cameras have come a long way since this model.

Can’t log in. Can’t reset password. Stupid camera just sat telling me it’s waiting for configuration. Absolute crap.
The app will not allow me to follow the ‘forgot password’ process so my camera has been rendered useless.
this used to work but i’ve tried to reuse it today and it says someone else is logged in (even though i’ve only ever been the person to log in) and i need to reset the camera , so i have done this and i still get the same error message. now i have a camera that i can’t even use.
I use this to keep tabs on my dogs, onto my 3rd year and it works great!
Have just reset camera up and now stuck on ‘building encrypted channel’ for hours have deleted app and set up new account and started all over again, still says the same thing when adding camera, giving up and it’s going in the bin
It won’t record my footage and will not allow me to change any settings
I needed to change network WiFi and couldn’t without completely resetting the camera and now I can’t even get it to set up. IMPOSSIBLE!! In reply to the developer, I’ve been doing what you said already but it won’t set up.
