RENTED A CAR ON 31st MAY for a month and because i underestimated how huge dubai is, i request to change mileage to 5000km but they said i need to return the car to do so. Nevermind then i just keep using it until my mileage reach it limits. Once i reach limit i decided that i has no use already since they will imply more charges on you if you exceed the km so i request early return even before my return day has come.
So then i check the bill, it was charged even more than before, when i talk to cs they just ask to apply return the car on app without mention anything that i will be charged on different rates.
Then after i chat with cs only they talk to me after a long investigation
For you all who want to use this in your business trip, think 3 times, if you rent for a week and return it after 5 days, they auto charge you for daily basis, so maybe you can just rent a parking lot and put there before you return it. It is cheaper that way.
Really good experience
It was a really good experience leasing the vehicle from ezhire. From the booking to customer service support, the process was seamless. I’m definitely using ezhire again.
Reliable
Its basically a one stop app to rent from multiple companies.My first experience with them was smooth and easy.And they dont charge your card for deposit,only blocking the amount.Unlike many other dubai companies which took the money or charged the card and then it gets difficult to retrieve the deposit back.
Crappy service
Poor management. Received three calls after booking with 3 different time of car delivery. They just keep delaying the time.
Good car rental consolidator with seamless registration and booking
The app works. I have had a very good experience with the App when renting a car in Dubai,UAE. The registration of my driving license and ID documents in the app was easy and online chatting (in the website) with staff certainly helped the booking process (Compliments to Mr Naresh). After registration and booking of car was done, I was then informed to go to Budget car rental in Dubai Marina area (next to JLT metro) to pick up car. Pricing vs Budget's own prices are unbeatable. Ease of booking and customer service were top notch. App will send sms / notification for each milestone (confirmation, collection, reminder for sending car back)
