Good app with no deposit which you can’t find anywhere else. Also gives you the choice of paying with a debit card unlike other rental companies that ask for a credit card. Initially i rented the car for a week and had it for 2 months without any problems with extending or payments and they also gave me time to make payments Drove all around Saudi Arabia with no problems Thank you will definitely use again
Very disappointing service, received faulty car, very slow in solving the problem, I had calculated hours of time, wasted most of it in chatting with customer service

Ez-hire is a robbing off company. Never trust them and never share your credit card details with them, better never use them. They are a bunch of thieves. They charge without asking and using your credit card months after you used their service. Never trust them. If you already gave your credit card details I would urge you to contact your bank and cancel your card.
Great service. Fast and as described. Just be mindful if they drop the car early they expect it returned early. Nearly got charged an extra day for 20mins, but they were nice enough to sort it on their end with minimal hassle and effort.
Avoid them. Absolutely ridiculous levels of incompetence and constant lies. Cannot match a pre booked delivery. Car was delivered more than 3 hours late. These guys are unable to communicate with their own subsections and departments. Tried to switch me from having the car delivered to me picking it up but were sending me to the wrong location. Stick with a reputable international brand or even a random local hire shop where you can see the premises and that the car is there and ready on time. Non stop promises to look into it, compensate and fix it but none of them followed up. Changing their own decisions and agreed refund amounts and compensation but charging salik super quick while just telling me they’ll look into my complaints and compensate, but conveniently not getting to that. Pick up driver also late and lying multiple times about his distance from me despite me telling him I had a flight to catch. App is also laggy.
Amazing service from start to finish. Very professional and extremely fast. I had to hand the car back early and this was done with no fuss on the app. Best car company I’ve used and I’ve used a lot

Easy hire! As it says on the tin. No hassle and good service
Booked a car for the first time and was worried in general as I was taking out some guests around. Everything was on point. The driver, Sajid, was at the location before time. Everything went pretty smoothly. I found the overall rates very appropriate as well. Will definitely be booking again with you guys whenever in need.
