This is my opinion
I just don’t believe that those kind of things will help. But maybe it will help to u.
Motivates me to create healthy routines
I love it so far. Putting an effort to make things happen so i can get the best out of it. I would recommend to be able to select the tones of the recirded coachings. Its all fabulously meditative tone while sometimes id like to hear tony robins motivators kinda tone. Other than that i love it and it works for me
