I would give zero stars if possible. Dishonest company that autorenews the subscription and refuses to give a refund just days after the subscription has been realized I am unsubscribing because the app is unhelpful and has absolutely not improved my mental wellbeing. Unethical. Stay away from the app and team. Spend your time and and money elsewhere

It deliberately make it so difficult for you to cancel subscription and request for refund. Avoid at all cost

Do not download it. It charged me $40 without me knowing, can’t even cancel through the app, you have to go to their website. Then I found out that they signed me up for 2 subscriptions.

I went to the app to cancel my subscription but the app itself won’t even let me. Every time I would press manage subscription, it would not let me log in and it would glitch out.

On free trial premium, but cannot access “coaching” link to get to the “guided activities sessions” which look interesting. Self-added habits do not include an optional guide, floating head to pause routine or session

I appreciate the amount of content provided as well as the science behind the app. Just that the apple watch app takes a long time to load.

I simply love the app. I have learnt so much from it. It has definitely helped me shift my work ethics and practice to a much better state. I value the importance of small goals and working everyday. Also find the little podcasts helpful. Thanks

Have been using this app for a week and I love the short motivational videos/letters which pop up everyday. I am very sure with this app and self discipline, one would be able to achieve many things which one had been procrastinating about.
