Charged me out of nowhere
I downloaded this app last year and had a free trial. Eventually unsubscribed and ended in sept last year. It’s mid jan now and i just received notifications from my bank that the app tried to charge me twice the past two days? I’ve deleted the app so unsure how this even happened.
Great app
This is great but like all the other costs way to much

Membership and cost is inconsistent
Overall don’t enjoy the patronising tone of the app
Overcharges and no real customer support interaction
Won’t stop trying to charge my credit card even though I’ve asked to cancel the premium subscription I never wanted. Lost faith in this app. No app should tie you into a subscription like this and then not provide proper customer support to help you out should you need it.
Scam - stay away!!
This app has randomly charged my credit card for different amounts, with no correlation to anything on the app - which says I’m still on the free version. Stay away!!!!!
Cancelling this app is a nightmare
Making it hard for people to cancel feels like a rip-off and borderline unethical for a "supportive" app. I feel stupid for signing up in the first place.
Terrible
I signed up for the free trial and honestly never used the app as it wasn’t for me. However after cancelling the free trial subscription (which you actually have to pay for, like a $1 or so) through the App Store, my subscription was not actually cancelled when I logged into the browser version. They then took the card info from the free trial charge and tried to charge me $65 which I absolutely would not have willingly signed up for. Such a shame how confusing (likely purposeful) it is to cancel your subscription.
