Kids App Qustodio is the companion app to Qustodio Parental Control App. Please only download this app to a device being used by a child or teen.

How to get started
1. Download the Qustodio Parental Control App onto your own device (usually your mobile phone or laptop).
2. Then download this Kids App Qustodio onto any of your child’s devices you want to monitor.
3. Together, the two apps allow you to seamlessly manage your child’s daily screen time allowance on linked mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.

Features include:
• Daily screen time limits set by the Parent App.
• Website, search and app usage monitoring on the child’s device.
• Website blocking and category blocking (block games, porn, gambling, and lockout unwanted content) on the child’s device
• Location tracking of the child's device
• Safe search on the child’s device
• Unsupported browser blocking on the child’s device
• Advanced reporting provided to parents
• Real-time alerts sent to parents

Kids App Qustodio for iOS and macOS is password protected and cannot be uninstalled from a child’s device without parental permission.

Important notes for users
- The Kids App Qustodio for iOS install process will ask you to install a special MDM profile and accept special permissions in order to control the internet traffic on the device. This profile can be removed or disabled by you whenever you want. Instructions for installing, uninstalling, and configuring are on our help page.
- When connecting to the internet a VPN symbol will appear on the top of the screen. The VPN connection can be disabled temporarily when needed in the Family Portal or by logging into the Kids App Qustodio on your kids' device.
- Continued use of GPS running in the background for the Family Locator feature can dramatically decrease battery life.

I can’t even open MuseScore which is a music app

This is a bad app

Since it has been on my laptop my storage has been going down until I have none and sometimes my internet is the slower than if I don’t have it at all and it give me no sense of privacy

Questodio Refuses to Work

Hello, as an Australian citizen, I can completely sympathise with the internet connection issues and whatnot, but I’m here to present an additional concern. Recently, I was able to use Questodio beyond the normal time limit. No, I didn’t use anything fancy or do anything special. I simply re-entered the app I was on and it continued to work. I’d like to ask why this is possible in the first place, especially since the main reason for Questodio is to prevent children from going over time limits. Now then, that might be okay, but the next problem is such a pain to me. The next day, I was simply unable to use the internet AT ALL. And I absolutely need the internet, especially when checking for train delays, schedule for the day, etc. Please fix this quickly :D Sincerely, A customer of yours

FIX YOUR FREAKING APP!

ACTUALLY, I need a quick fix your app. NOW! It's really pissing me off and seriously. These apps shouldn't be even allowed because it locks your device and bans all random websites that are not even inappropriate and have no viruses and I have no privacy.

I hate it my mother has too much control over me I used to feel free and then she got this app I hate it and whoever made this app

Good

Even though it can be annoying sometimes, I like knowing that all of my content is filtered and that it blocks websites that are unsafe.

How to delete

If you are a teenager like me and don’t want it on your phone go to 1 settings 2 search VPN and device management 3 click on qustodio icon 4 press end management 5 type in your password and then press end management Done!

I HATE IT

Hello, The reason why I hate this app because my Aunty bought it, SHE CAN CONTROL ANYTHING, before I moved in with her I had lots of freedom on my phone and I never did anything wrong at all! When I moved in with her she put on another app called family zone it caused a lot of problems and I hated it, after she discovered this app and I hate it to death (not saying I hate the company) but as a teenager and 13 I feel like I should be able to communicate everyday with my friends, not even my friends have parental controls anymore, even she has it on my school laptop which is stupid because I have to wait till 10:30 til it lets me on the godamn internet, even my health teacher was like wth. You see my school starts at 8:55 and I have to wait nearly 2 hours!! I don’t recommend this app at all but if your kid is not trustworthy understandable

WHY ARE YOU MAKING PARENTS PAY YOU TO BE CREEPS? Also if you send a reply saying that I need to work it out with my parents and telling me ‘good luck!’ It just sounds like you know our parents are turning into creeps. Anyways, it’s your app, your problem. Not mine 🤭

My entertainment is gone

There were literally videos on YouTube that I had access to which weren’t dangerous, inappropriate or not suitable for my age yesterday but now more than half of the videos on my search history are now blocked. Some videos were already blocked for me due to my age even before I had this app installed but now most of my entertainment is now gone.
