Fashion Nova - Online Shopping

I love fashionNova Thomas but i just lost 280€. They cancelled my order and it’s over 2 weeks and didn’t get my money back. It’s sad because they have pretty things but me not getting the money back and not even responding to my e-mails is not correct!!!!

The app needs a good update! It’s really bad! You can’t use any filters or search for specific categories like in the website

I cant see any of the items! Can you fix it?

Your company is running a theft and you should refund if you don’t delivery on time and as advertise. Why should customer pay for items return. I will report you to the Federal Trade Commission

All these thing that they are selling I could buy off shein and who would spend 328 dollars on a high heel with fake diamonds that you make with arts and crafts and I don’t know why they put the name fashion nova if they don’t have fashion this app made me crash out.

Amazing quality, prices & fashion finds. The customer service is fabulous as well. Purchased once about 1 yr ago and have been coming back again and again since. I recommend Fashion Nova to all my lady friends. I absolutely loooovvveee all pieces I’ve purchased and I will continue to purchase forever. Must buys and must haves.
