Package hasn’t arrived, i haven’t got a refund yet, order tracking link does not work, their help center is not investigating the issue properly - i get the same repeated automatic message. I guess I lost my money.😡 Outrageous! I have ordered many times before through several apps, websites, and I always got my items, or a refund, nice communication. This was my first order at Fashion Nova, and I guess my last as well!

I had a bad experience with fasha nova I ordered clothes and I never received it and plus they never refunded my money
The site won’t track page not loading properly and contact customer service not tracking
everything on there is cuteee but they don’t always have lots of sizes
