My issue
All these thing that they are selling I could buy off shein and who would spend 328 dollars on a high heel with fake diamonds that you make with arts and crafts and I don’t know why they put the name fashion nova if they don’t have fashion this app made me crash out.

I recommend Fashion Nova to all my lady friends. I absolutely loooovvveee all pieces I’ve purchased and I will continue to purchase forever. Must buys and must haves.
Horrible customer service
They don’t let you contact them about refunds that was never sent. They never sent my pants I purchased said I’ll get a refund never did tried to contact several times no way to get a message with a robot or computer probably my last order

Delays and no response
I ordered some items on the 19 of Dec, I received one update and that was on the 22nd. I reached out to ups they stated they haven't received the package as of yet. this package was highly important for a function. I've reached out on different platforms and was not able to speak to anyone directly. This is very frustrating.
