Fashionova is the worst I hate it I thought things and they’ve either misplaced it or something And they keep telling different stories everyday All I want is my package or refund But they’re the worst

This is the worst platform I have used. You guys care so less about your customers. I made a purchase over a month ago ,which was declined and claimed to be refunded after 7 to 10 working days.( newsflash) it’s been a month. No customer care line to speak to, I sent mails to you people, no reply . Fashion nova needs to do better, cause this is a bad look for the company especially from the international scenes

My cart keep’s clearing on its own it started yesterday and has happened four times in the past hour.

Sometimes you have to go sizes up or down.

Please I need immediate help, I don’t know why the items in my cart keeps on clearing up by itself. This has happened to me thrice this morning and it’s so heartbreaking. I can’t be going through the stress of looking for them one after the one. And also there is no way we can contact Customer care on the app considering issues like this, please work on that too . Thanks

I’m actually so irritated rn. I’ve spent 4 hours filling my cart just for the app to completely remove everything from my cart leaving it empty. I’m so over it at this point. This has happened like 3 times. Fix it or you’d lose more customers. You literally have 1 job! Jeez.

I purchased something and was debited twice ,no means of reaching you guys on the refund,today makes it 9days yet nothing ,£92 gone
