Not reliable.
All of the sudden all my data has been reset after an update. Furthermore, their campaigns are very aggressive trying to push you to subscribe and the number of advertisers they are giving your data away to is insane and unsubscribing from those doesn’t work.
Bad
Starting up takes forever and then you can’t continue to the actual app. Overproduced.
Way too much ads
Otherwise works great but had to install because there were way too many ads and notifications. Thats not all because it even started spamming emails too. Good app ruined with too much greedy.
Manual entry of meals not good yet
Im missing capability to add food items manually using more accurate measure than small-medium-big size. Grams, tsp, tblsp etc would be better please. Also recording new food items system does not recognize is lacking still capability to add new food item accurately based on the bar code provided
Uninstalled, because;
Too much cookies to decline one by one.

Love the structure and instructions of Fastic. You get sympathetic support on your way to become healthier!
Free features enough for me
I tried a few fasting timers and like Fastic the best. I'm on the free plan, all I need is the timer and the encouragement and milestones from the app. The notifications of what metabolic state I'm in during fasting are great, this is why I kept Fastic and deleted other apps. The paid features seem good, but for me they are the stuff that triggers eating disorder behavior, I'd rather not focus on food control.
Nagware is the best explanation.
App looks good and is simple to use BUT the constant nagging of buying their subscription is just annoying. I’d not mind paying a one time fee to support the developers but this subscription model that everyone is pushing is just getting out of hand. And I don’t even see the value of the subscription service in this app. Some tips and tricks people can get for free on say YouTube? Devs. Have a good thing going here so why ruin it with greed?
