AI photo detection does not work as it should.

this app does not perform its functions as ai definition of a dish, weight and other things. I took a photo of cooked rolled oats, the app asks to choose what is in the photo - pasta, egg noodles or other noodles.... chatgpt immediately determined that the photo was oatmeal. accordingly, ai definition by photo works very poorly for this app. my advice - change the ai model.

Not Good Features and No Support

I tried using the app and tested the Plus features, but they weren’t as useful as I had hoped. For example, even when you scan food, you still have to manually input a lot of details like grams and items. If I’m doing that much work myself, it makes me wonder what I’m paying for. When I requested a refund, I sent two emails and also contacted them via Instagram, but I received no response. My advice would be to avoid using the app, though it’s up to you if you want to give it a try. Just be cautious about paying a high price upfront; the app tends to offer better deals if you wait before subscribing.

useless and does not refund

I purchased the Fastic by paying for a one-year subscription. However, but the program could not recognize the dishes of Turkish cuisine so you cannot calculate the calories by taking a photo of the meal. I canceled the program the day I purchased it, but they did not refund my money. It’s said that “ After canceling your subscription, you should be able to still use the premium features until the end of the current subscription period. No refund for the remaining duration is typically provided upon cancellation. Canceling your subscription stops future charges, but refunds for the remaining period aren't usually issued”. Before paying for subscription , it was stated that I could cancel at any time. Everyone understands this to mean that the money will be returned. What's the point of canceling my subscription if I can't get my money back? Isn't this so stupid? Instead of dealing with such fine nuances to get customers' money, spend your time making a better program.

Takvim senkronizasyonu

Uygulamayı Apple takvimim ile eşleştirmiştim, sonra takvim ile bağlantıyı kaldırmama rağmen hala takvimimde her gün Fastic bildirimi var. Bu çok rahatsız edici ve kesinlikle Fastic’yen kaynaklı bir problem. Bunun hemen çözüme kavuşmasını istiyorum. Uygulamayı silsem de kurtulamıyorum bu takvim eşleşmesinden!!!!!!

An application that is at the top compared to its competitors.

Not true calculations

I actually did not enjoy the user experience, it takes a lot steps to use the app and it only gives you 1 scan then you need to buy premium, and calculations of nutrition values not even close the correct values. I am sorry but you guys need to do better

No cancellation option!

The next month, my subscription is ending but there is not a cancel option button, there is just renew option. I want to cancel it

Great input of food by photo

It’s a great feature that you can simply snap your food and get it recorded. But why is it not possible to search the food database when you type what you have eaten?
