Runner has HORRIBLE support. They take forever to respond and generally give you vague or scripted answers even when you’re on an active order. On the back end the app works poorly and difficult to use GPS is decent Low orders but higher payout than other delivery apps is upside

There are people running in this past year with multiple phones and nothing is being done. I get resolving this issue would require a systematic effort from engineers / higher ups to care, but just know your lack of integrity is going to make this app go in the direction of other apps and you’ll sink as a company when you can’t compete with other apps. What I mean by this is that favor is maintaining profits at the expense of its drivers. It obviously is caring less and less of its drivers each month. Another example is bonuses being placed at a level that is CLEARLY BETTING YOU WONT FULFILL THEM. I have DA / SWE and know how easy it is to narrow down what number to set these bonuses at so favor benefits. Clearly you are doing this and have been trending with your changes. It’s obvious you don’t want your runners reaching bonuses and I seriously hope there isn’t an elite statement that rigs it as such.

Best worry free and great way to earn extra cash when your in a bind or just want that little extra .

I would give zero stars but can not. Not happy with this service- HEB can afford to pay more on the favor app especially when customers DO NOT TIP. I did 4 orders yesterday and only one tipped. Only made 22 dollars… really??? People can’t even get a box of diapers with 20 dollars. Come on, Heb, you can pay better on the base pay in the Favor app. Up your game!

Too horrible too explain. Undermine your time with long deliveries that you would not accept so you would be forced to accept anything by the end of the hour. Explain this to them on many occasions, but now I realize I was talking to the problem

It gets really exhausting taking orders not knowing you're actually going to make money or not. Sorry $4 doesn’t cover the cost of doing business. Nothing like thinking the order will pay $13 only to find out the customer didn’t tip. They should make the customer tip first.

Can’t cash out my instant pay. Been saying waiting on customer for over 24 hours now. I can be logged in for 2 hours and will only get 2 orders. When a customer doesn’t pick up or answer there isn’t a timer. Customer service isn’t helpful 😒. The app needs to be redefined and pay needs to be increased

Al principio amé la aplicación muy fácil de usar y buenas promociones, dejé de usar otras aplicaciones por usar favor runner y ahora mi app no me permite conectarme tengo 3 semanas tratando de hablar con soporte y nadie me atiende no me contestan ni me ayudan.
