Ferryhopper

I have used Ferryhopper in Greece, Italy, Ireland, Sweden and Denmark (so far). Every single time it was just the ease and security to know all trips would be hassle free that brought me back. Yes you do pay a booking fee but that cost is minimal when you have the reassurance that you have total back up if needed. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app was great while it worked. Since sometime in the last week, it doesn’t open at all and only shows a blank white screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it’s still the same. It’s just as well that I has saved my ferry tickets as PDFs.

Booked a ferry from Corsica to Sardinia. Arrived to the port with signs saying ‘all Moby ferries cancelled.’ Immediately went on the FerryHopper app and messaged for clarification and was told that the ferry was still due to arrive. An hour later a staff member finally arrived and told us all that the Moby ferries had been cancelled since the day before, due to maintenance problems. The next two hours were hell! Since then have not received an email or notification from this app or Moby to tell me that my ferry has been cancelled. Would not recommend. On top of that, our first ferry to Corsica with Moby was also cancelled and we were not told of this until we arrived, by a helpful stranger. Not by staff, the app or Moby. The 24/7 help line on this app is not helpful at all. Do not recommend!

Great company. Terrible app. I don’t have Facebook, I don’t have a gmail email account, and I can’t use Apple to log in. Why can’t I register / log into the app using my email address or my phone number, like any other normal app?

Really easy to use, great for Ferry Hopping around the Med. Even good for changing ferry bookings. Very well presented services, on-line support also solid.

We booked all of our ferry bookings for 4 people for a two week period through ferry hopper. So easy to navigate through the site but the best reason for the 5 star review was that one of our ferry legs was delayed and so we missed our connection to our next destination ( nothing to do with ferry hopper, all about the ferry company). The ferry company made us pay for the new connection and when I tried to claim a refund, the ferry company sent me back to ferry hopper. Ferry hopper not only gave me a complete procedure for claiming for our loss but also helped to find where our refund had been sent when then the ferry company failed to give me this information. So good on you ferry hopper. I will use you again and again
