Easy to use! Efficient and Excellent
Great app, works well, gets you directly to what you need to do.
Absolute rubbish.
No way to check in. Told to get the app. Still no way to check in!
Won’t load on IOS 17.6
Had previously bought tickets with this now can’t get it to open to check in -view the tickets etc no problems with the phone have deleted and reloaded- hard reboot etc plenty of hard drive space. Other travel apps working ok. Fault is with the App
Does not work
Does not work on my iPhone. Have downloaded a few times but the app remains a blank white screen so unable to use
Log in issues
Don’t have an Apple, google or Facebook account so can’t use the Ferryhopper app as you need one of those to log on to the app. Seems odd that you can’t log on with a straightforward email address.
App bug
This app is bugged for me, initially they asked me to sign in - i clicked out of the page by accident and went to sign in and now i cant log in at all. Its just a blank white screen, ive deleted the app and redownloaded several times and it still doesnt show a login page for me. Ive reset my phone as well

Great until something goes wrong
Really liked the Ferryhopper app ……. then we had a problem… one of our Ferries was delayed and when we went to download the tickets it wouldn’t let us … assume as the ferry should already have left . Tried to contact Ferryhopper but no way of sorting things out just a bot that answers very simple questions……, no phone no etc to help anyone. Very let down as well as stranded
