Δεν ανοιγει η εφαρμογή
Ενώ έκανα εγγραφή στην εφαρμογή επλα με πέταξε σε λευκή οθόνη . Εδώ και πόσους μήνες διαγράφω και κατεβάζω την εφαρμογή αλλά καμία αλλαγή . Μετά από επικοινωνία με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μου είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει κάποιο θέμα και μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω εξίσου και την ιστοσελίδα . Αυτό δεν είναι λύση . Απαράδεκτοι!
Poor customer support
My boat trip was cancelled by the boat company and there was no way to reach the booking company and communicate with them. There was no phone to call them. I talked with them through the app via a robot. They issued me a complain ticket. 14 hours have passed and they haven’t replied to yet. Not even an email. I don’t know if I can get a refund for the ticket I paid. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Δεν λειτουργει σε iphone. Προσπαθω να κάνω check in και όταν ανοίγω το app βγαζει λευκη οθονη. Κλεισιμο το app, απεγκατάσταση και ξανά εγκατάσταση...Τα ίδια...λευκή οθόνη...
Amazing
Φανταστικοί άνθρωποι με πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Η εφαρμογή γρήγορη και κάνει την δουλειά της. Το μόνο που έχω να προτείνω στους developers είναι να προσθέσουν την επιλογή να κάνει ο χρήστης login και με email & password ή magic link ή κάτι τέτοιο. Γιατί έχω λογαριασμό κανονικά (χωρίς oauth) και δεν έχω βρει τρόπο να κάνω login με email & password.
Προβληματική
Η εφαρμογής δούλευε μια χαρά μέχρι που περίπου πριν ένα μηνα κάθε φορά που μπαίνω βγάζει μόνο λευκή οθόνη στην εφαρμογή, την διαγράψει και την έχω ξανά εγκαταστήσει αρκετές φορές , το ξανά δοκίμασα και μετά από ενημέρωση λογισμικού και πάλι τα ίδια , ωστόσο με απογοήτευσε ιδιαίτερα η εξυπηρέτηση όπου η απάντηση ήταν ότι μπορώ να κάνω την ίδια δουλειά από το site. Καμία λύση δηλαδή.
Υπέροχη εφαρμογή
Είναι μια εφαρμογή υπόδειγμα στο πως θα πρέπει να είναι παρόμοιου τύπου εφαρμογές σχετικές με ταξιδια, παρα πολυ χρήσιμη με παρα πολλες πληροφορίες για το ταξίδι,και το πιο βασικο…εύκολη στη χρήση!

Η εφαρμογή δούλευε μια χαρά μέχρι που σταμάτησε, όταν πατάω να την ανοίξω δείχνει μια σκέτη λευκή οθόνη και τίποτα άλλο, έχω προσπαθήσει και να τη διαγράψω και να τη ξανακατεβασω και να κάνω επανεκκίνηση τη συσκευή μου χωρίς επιτυχία.
