First of all the events are relatively expensive, there’s no price transparency, app adds it’s own mark up and still pretends to be the cheapest in the town. Before realizing it I took tickets for 2 different events. one of the events I paid for was canceled due to reasons not related to me, I have reported the case, asked for straightforward reimbursement , but instead have been spammed with irrelevant customer service emails trying to lure me with coupon. After several annoying emails and calls, I succeeded to receive my reimbursement. For the second event, wanted to learn if I can change the tickets for another event available or cancel it and guess what I receive coupon for the same event and valid for 2 months. After 2 unpleasant experience , the only nice thing I can wish to them is that to add more qualitative content , rather than trapping the customers with outdated customer service tricks Good luck
