I was given some vouchers for Christmas and they have to be booked via this app. No problem, until you check the privacy report and wonder why they need access to my search history… why does a ticket booking app need to know what I am searching… so they can sell data to advertisers I suspect… As soon as I attend the event I will be deleting this app.
Bought tickets to London cheese crawl, event did not exist. Contacted before event but fobbed off. Have tried contacting repeatedly since they never respond. Avoid at all costs.
I’m sure the app is fine but the service and support from Fever is hopeless. You are better to find out who the provider of the experience is and book direct with them.
Had to get this to get my 2 tickets. No choice. Did everything and still no tickets showing. Went through online account and it asked me log in every time ! And to input the security code sent to email. Every time. Tried 6 times online and just as many times on the app. NOT working!!! And now what? How do I get my tickets???
Edit: After being told to ask for a refund by the organizer of the event the support team of Fever rejected my request. They kept saying that the organizer does not allow for it. I was explicitly told by the organizer that they support refunds and that they’ve done it in the past. Absolutely terrible and abysmal service. The booking fee is 10% of the ticket value so even if I book 4 tickets I have to pay 10% of the total price. Apart from this insane fee the app seems nice but I’m not gonna use it anymore. When you can’t trust the support - this service is just a scam to keep your booking fee.

Tried purchasing tickets for candlelight event got 2 added to basket added voucher then in checkout kept changing to 1 ticket contacted customer service spoke to Ivan who has the worst customer service traits I’ve ever come across purchase at your peril.
Realised I can’t attend a certain venue due to personal issues , and tried to book smth else since that particular experience wasn’t available anywhere else anytime soon. And apparently I can’t exchange refund vouchers for any other experience, and pay the difference! Sort it out! It should be an option. You getting the money regardless
I have found it impossible to access live chat or find phone number. Poor customer service. I have by mistake bought 2 sets of 3 tickets for the same event and can find no way to rectify this. A frustrating and expensive experience
