I enjoy the website so I wanted the app. After logging in it takes you to a page the choose your city, but it’s literally just the Fever logo in the middle of the screen and you can’t move past this point. I have tried on a few devices different devices with the same result. Quite disappointed, hopefully it gets sorted soon.

Forces you to download their app when they could easily send an email with your tickets and then spams you with emails and pop ups
Fever sold to me unvalid tickets and refused to make a refund. I could not enter the event with their tickets and had to buy the new ones on the spot. It’s a scam! Be aware!
Ripping off official event. They steel your money and have zero customer service. The app UX is terrible and the whole thing is deceptive
Disgusting customer service! They don’t care at all. They are based in the US so consumer rights are basically non-existent if you live outside there.
This app took my fee, didn’t issue my tickets and then tried to refuse to reimburse me. Avoid. I see multiple similar complaints. How is Apple allowing this app appear in the App Store? They set up mirror events to official events and then cancel the event but don’t follow up with refunds.Scam artists.
any positive reviews are fake. The events they set up are copy of official ones. You will not get your money back if you issue a refund, instead they’ll transfer it into vouchers
Guys please be careful, this is the biggest scam going at the moment. I brought two tickets to see Van Gogh here in Dublin. But then they cancelled the even, saying “they had problems with the location” such a big even like that should not have problems with things like that. (and this was way past Covid) After a while I find out that the real even is in RDS. I talked to at least 30 people about this and they had the same experience and not just in Ireland. If you do end up buying anything from them, straight away contact your bank and anti fraud department. Just because they have nice website dose not mean they are real. I hope this will be helpful to people.
