Fever: Events & Tickets

Why is it impossible to turn off the damn promotional notifications? Why am I receiving promotional notifications although I’ve turned off notifications in the settings ? It’s the number one reason I delete apps, when they do not behave. One more promotional notification, and this app is GONE!!! Edit: The account and app is now deleted. Goodbye to another unfriendly company. 🙂

Har laddat ner appen för att se/spara mina biljetter som jag köpt på webben. Appen öppnar inte sina flikar, startar efter kontroll av mailadressen, först ber om tålamod och sen står och trampar, snurrar i evigheter utan att visa innehållet. Efter 10 minuter har raderat appen inklusive data och laddat ner på nytt. Tyvärr - samma katastrofala upplevelse igen. Har iOS 15.8.3 vilket skulle funka enligt info o AppStore.

Fruktansvärd dålig app, till ett evenemang har jag köpt biljetter och för att komma åt sina biljetter måste man ladda ner denna app. Det är bara det när man loggat in som tar en jäkla tid, sen trycker man på biljetter det är bara det att den står och söker och söker, kommer inga jäkla biljetter dyker, utan bara står och söker. Väldigt dålig app, jäkligt tråkigt att inte kunna komma åt sina biljetter, man köper biljetter för man vill se ett evenemang och då måste även kunna lita på appen fungera som den ska, men tyvärr inte i detta fall. Rekommenderar absolut inte att köpa biljetter via fever.

Bought a boat party ticket and got scammed as the same boat did not accepted the ticket, no help from support, have to pay to get into boat.

Detta är en närmast oanvändbar tjänst. Fick två presentkort, går bara att använda en åt gången. Så jag får gå själv två gånger eller köpa en till biljett. Livet är för kort för att låta sig luras in i detta trams.

Be careful this company is a scam they take your money and there is never an event. Don’t believe them.

Good for finding interesting events in London for those rare days that I'm off work.

We had tickets for my son to attend a Minecraft experience but he unfortunately became violently sick the night before. The company is fine with changing any time/refunding the experience—up to 48 hours—but won’t make any changes to accommodate families that don’t get sick less than 48 hours before the event. It’s not a concert or a 1 time thing; there are literally dozens of times every day of the week. Won’t recommend the experience or the Fever app to anyone, nor will I use it again.

I bought a ticket for a bounce house event. My card was charged but the ticket never showed up in my email. I had to buy a new ticket onsite. I requested for refund but was bluntly denied, citing their no refund policy. I understand the no refund policy but no ticket no refund is basically fraud.

Best shows that are on a professional, cultural, and memorable level!
