Sad

It’s a sad state that a piece of tech so expensive and genuinely well made has this as its companion, no home integration, nothing smart. Pathetic tbh. Very difficult to use. Poorly written instructions. I would expect more from a company like Fujitsu. What are you going to do for us?

Connections à l’appareil

Connections à l’appareil très difficile et je m’attendait pas à payer 6000$ pour le gros modèle et avoir autant de difficulté à faire fonctionner l’application wifi

It worked until it didn't.

App wasn't bad for almost 2 years until one day it said offline. I have spent 2 days trying to get it to connect again. It will not reset and broadcast it's ssid

Doesn’t connect

The app worked for couple of week, then one day showed that I don’t have any device connected. I tried numerous time to reconnect the AC to the app but unsuccessful. I think their app system is down. Just using the regular remote now.

This app is crap!

higklfddgk on

The app does not work consistently, plain and simple. I am employed in the IT industry and it took me all afternoon to connect to heat pumps through the app. The connections are not reliable and ALWAYS end up failing which causes issues maintaining temperature. My advice would be to not use this app.

App no longer supported.

Don’t use this app as developer has not updated this app to work with new iOS versions.

Unstable App

Constant disconnections using an iPhone 12 and iOS 14.4 I may get one week before the app throws a communication code error with either wifi or cellular and then needs to “initialize air conditioner” again which it fails to complete as it hangs and becomes non-responsive. I regret paying extra for an overpriced wifi interface adapter for a mini-split heat pump that does not work most of the time, and this was a key feature which led me to purchase Fujitsu. Big mistake. My second mini-split will be another brand. If you want a mini-split heat pump with wifi don’t buy Fujitsu. The Fujitsu Elite dealer has no answers either. 1 year later update: iPhone 12 iOS 15.6 this Fujitsu wifi / app is absolutely total garbage and errors out over 50% of the time you engage it with the resulting wifi LED status light on the interior unit switching off. It will reset again at 2am in the morning with the wifi LED turning back on and you get to try again the next day usually repeating the same failure. With a wifi access point sitting 6 feet away from it and 14 other wifi devices in my home which run perfectly I can only have the one conclusion… this app / Fujitsu wifi setup on this 12LZAH is TOTAL GARBAGE. I can’t think of any other wifi device in the last 40 years which fails as often and consistently as this POS. Unbelievable.

Since the latest IOS update 15.4.1 the app no longer works on wifi. It also does not work on cell data.
