Constantly logs out making it extremely inconvenient to use

I use the sleep function a lot through the hand held remote control, however, for some reason the app doesn’t give you any access to the Sleep Timer function. I couldn’t be bothered having to set up the weekly timer for a sleep function as it’s too convoluted. Can developers please add the Sleep Function to the app in the next upgrade. Thanks.

The worst app ever to use, so clunky and stupid. Also so sick of constantly being logged out. It’s not that hard, hire a new developer. Never buying Fujitsu again!

The app is constantly logging me out, this is very random. Also has been happening for the last 3 years. phone is a 2019 model, app is uptodate. It’s very frustrating Once in the app, I have no problems

This app is spectacularly unambitious. And yet the developer has struggled to make it work. Buy a different brand.

Works fairly well. Good for turning on aircon at home when leaving from work to cool house down in advance. Would be great for an Apple Watch app to be released so can turn on in advance of leaving public swimming pool where you don’t take a phone.

Get it all going, sweet. Can log in from away from home to get the house cool for our return. 5 stars. After a week or 2, have to login again - usually (my bad) have to go through the forgot password process. Take away 1 star. Now you have logged back in, it’s a game of chance to see if the app remembers your registered device. I’d say around 80% of the time you lose it so have to go through that whole, painfully hard, registering your device process again. Take away 3 stars. I purchased this air con for 3 reasons: 1.) Brand - well known and decent reputation. 2.) Good high cooling output. 3.) The ability to have an app that you can turn on when away from the home. So the more I look into this, the more the issue is apparently common. I’ll set it up one more time, and should it fail, I’ll be contacting Fujitsu as per my consumer law, I purchased a product to function as described and right now, it ain’t!

Total and absolute rubbish

This app doesn’t work, as I’ve managed to connect the air con units to the WiFi (I can see them connected when logged into the router), but the app can’t register them. So it doesn’t work.
